1. Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription or service at any time by contacting us at support@healthyfiwithachal.co.in
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle (if on a subscription).
- Once a service is activated or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable under certain conditions and at the sole discretion of Wellsense Community.
- No refund will be provided for:
- Services that have already been availed or consumed.
- Missed appointments or sessions without prior notice (if applicable).
- Digital products or content once accessed/downloaded.
- If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email us at support@healthyfiwithachal.co.in with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5–7 business days.
3. Eligibility for Refund
- A service/product is found to be defective or not as described.
- A duplicate payment is made by mistake.
- Technical issues from our side prevent the use of our service for a prolonged period.
4. Refund Process
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
